Small steps progress tracking materials
The materials here can support you in the assess, plan , do review cycle (Graduated Approach). They focus on small step learning and development stages that can be adapted for children with SEND who may not be working at age related expectations.
Some have been written in line with the EYFS 2021 , some are not aligned but give a good overview of developmental steps that you can use in your planning. They can help you provide a personalised curriculum offer for children with the focus being on achievement and success.
