Block Builders' Academy (Lego Based Therapy)

Have you heard of Lego Based Therapy? Block Builders’ Academy Clubs are a fantastic fun way to support children and young people to develop their social communication skills, make friends, learn ways to manage their emotions and develop their thinking skills without even knowing they are taking part in an intervention.

Our online workshops last 1.5 hours and provide you with the skills to set up and run a club in your own setting. You will receive a small Blox kit prior to the event as well as a 100 page resource pack to set you on your way to being a successful Academy Facilitator.

After the workshop, you also benefit from unlimited support via phone, chat or email to help you with any issues you might have.

This activity is aimed at those who support young people with a variety of needs relating to social communication, for example autism spectrum disorder,learning disabilities , ESL etc.
