Fable House
Office F8 Brookes Mill, Armitage Bridge, Huddersfield, HD4 7NRAll about us
We are an alternative provision Open Awards accredited centre for children and young people, usually with complex needs. Many of our service users have no suitable school provision available or have a blended education. We offer a range of Ofqual regulated qualifications from Entry level through to level 2 as well as now being an Access to HE centre for post 16 students. Most of our children and young people have bespoke learning packages funded through personal budgets, and we provide some of their learning.
We also work closely with schools offering part placements and have some young people that come for tuition that is funded by the parents/family.
We also offer Educational Support Assistants to help children and young people access activities, lessons and therapies at home and out in the community. Our service is bespoke so we have individual programmes for each child/young person that we work with.
We are open Monday to Friday 9 – 4 but can offer tuition and support outside these hours.
All our staff are highly trained, experienced, and skilled individuals who are matched carefully to our children and young people. Our bespoke education packages are priced individually as part of the bespoke service. We have a fixed price for standard tuition and our Educational Support Worker service, where our staff support young people in and outside the community.
We work closely with other services and providers to help build the right package for each individual.Who is this service for?

We can support families with meetings/reviews and can assist in the process of getting a personal budget to fund bespoke packages of education.
