Experience Community – All Together Now in Colne Valley Land Project

We offer weekly activities to the local community such as Nature walks, Community Garden days, Litter Picks, Arts and craft days conservation activities, and Board Games days.
We have kit that enables people with physical disabilities to still join in, The project is to help grow community, reduce isolation and loneliness and improve mental and physical wellbeing and health.Running 9-5 Thursdays and Fridays.
Who is this service for?
Anyone can join in the activities, we have an accessible ground floor office /communal space and changing places unit. Experience Community is a not-for-profit community interest company that helps disabled people access the outdoors.
Age range is from 8 up, people with more complex disabilities would need to bring their own P.A as we do not offer personal care. The project is peer lead by a disabled member of staff.How to access what we do

If kit is needed such as the Mountain Trike Push we require a weeks notice prior to the activity.
