Description of the School

Moldgreen Community Primary School is an inclusive school. We are an IQM (Inclusion Quality Mark) Flagship school (October 2020).  At Moldgreen Community Primary School, we are experienced in providing a high-quality education for children with a wide range of needs. We work closely with parents, external agencies and other educational settings/providers to ensure that transition to our school is positive and supports the child to settle in to life at Moldgreen Community Primary School.

Our Inclusion Offer

All children at Moldgreen Community Primary School benefit from high quality teaching from our skilled team, access to a broad, balanced and rich curriculum which is differentiated to meet the needs of all learners, including those who need support or extra challenge to ensure that all children irrespective of need make the best possible progress. We have experience of working with a range of outside agencies to further support SEND children and their families. In addition, we are part of a mental health trailblazer working closely with colleagues from Northorpe Hall to signpost families to free courses and offer bespoke support to children and families in school and at home.
