All about us
We run a chat and informal support session from 6.30 - 8pm for over 18's the last Tuesday of the month. 7.30 - 9pm for parents/carers of children with (suspected) ADHD. These are free of charge and there's no need to book.
Who is this service for?
Support groups are for both adults with ADHD and parents/carers of children with ADHD.
How to access what we do
There's no need to book the informal chat sessions, just turn up or contact us by email or on our Facebook page. You don't need a referral.
