Sessional leisure and recreational activities for children and young people with complex needs, between the ages of 8 and 18.
We offer services from community buildings across North and South Kirklees. Current venues are:
- Crow Nest Park, Dewsbury WF13 2SG
- Birstall and Birkenshaw Children’s Centre, Birstall, WF17 9BP
- Lowerhouses Children’s Centre, Huddersfield, HD5 8JY
Referrals to the service are through a needs assessment from the Children with a Disability Team and Early Support and Inclusion Team.
Any costs for the activities will be advised on your booking request form.
Who is this service for?
Children and young people with complex needs; their parents and siblings can't attend.
How to access what we do
Referral is following assessment by a social worker or family support worker from the Kirklees Children with a Disability Team and Early Support and Inclusion Team .
Parents are required to drop off and collect children from the venue.
