All about us
Borough of Kirklees Disability swimming is part of the Borough of Kirklees swimming club and offers opportunities for young people with a disability to take part in competitive swimming. Coaching sessions are run by Kirklees Active Leisure with parents and members supporting the team when they attend galas. All those involved in supporting our swimmers have undertaken safeguarding, team manager training and DBS checks where appropriate.
