SNAPS

SNAPS is a charity which supports children with additional needs and their families through the provision of rebound therapy, hydrotherapy (both delivered by highly trained paediatric physiotherapists), swimming and play for the whole family.  This play might be music therapy, music for fun, dance, sing and sign, boccia, soft play or arts and crafts. We believe it is important to provide social opportunities for the whole family including siblings; with the child with special needs utilising either hydro or rebound and then having fun with the rest of the family through our other activities. We offer a safe and welcoming environment where your child can benefit from specialist physiotherapy, you can meet other families and you all can play together.  You do not need a professional referral to access SNAPS services. We operate between 9.30am and 1.30pm on term time Saturdays at two sites:

Penny Field School, Tongue Lane, Meanwood, North Leeds. Penny Field is the North West SILC in Leeds. Hydro, swimming and rebound therapy and Stay and Play available.

Co-op Brierley, Cross Green, Leeds - LS9 0BA. Rebound, Dance, Cooking, Football, Stay and play available.

Stay and play’s sessions – free

Swimming lessons - £16 per lesson

Rebound Therapy - £16 per session

Hydrotherapy - £16 per session

Dance - £6.50 per session

Football - £6.50 per session

Cooking Club - £6.50 per session

To access us we ask people complete a form and member of the team will speak with the family direct and get them booked in to a session their wish to access
