We are a non-profit organisation who specialise in the teaching of Karate, jujitsu, sparring, ground work, fitness, and self-defence.
Everyone is allowed to work at their own speed and ability with lot of praise and encouragement and we have staff that are used to teaching children and adults with complex needs. We accomodate most disabilities.
Our classes run Tuesdays 5.15pm until 6.45pm and Thursdays 6.00pm untill 8.00pm
Each session is £5.

Anyone from 5 years of age to adult
