The group meets at Wilton Park.
Sessions are every Friday from 1.30pm to 2.30pm all year round.
Who is this service for?
Anyone of any age with a disability or a mental health challenge is welcome.
At least two staff who are trained in ensuring that the walks are safe and inclusive. You are welcome to call to discuss any needs you may have.
Parents, carers and siblings are welcome to come along.
