Local Offer listening events

We will shortly be arranging some face to face listening events for parents and carers out in the community. This will be an opportunity to talk to the Local Offer team about:

• What is available to support you as a family?
• What is working well for you?
• What you need more of?
• How we can improve the Local Offer and how we share information advice and guidance with you?

If you would like to come along to these sessions, please email LocalOffer@kirklees.gov.uk with where you are based and what days / times would work best for you and we will get back to you once the dates are arranged.

Young People

We are currently working with some groups of children and young people in schools and other local groups but we want to make sure that all children and young people affected by SEND can share their views on the Local Offer and what is available to support you.

How can you get involved?

• You can complete our survey to give us feedback on the Local Offer
• Each page of the Local Offer has a Rate this page feature where you can leave comments
