We regularly monitor all feedback and comments received by you and pass it on to the relevant service managers to respond.
We publish your feedback and comments on a regular, ongoing, basis on this page so that you can see the outcome of your comments (see You Said, We Did section)
We also produce an annual report telling you about the comments we've had and what we've changed as a result. You will find this and future reports in the Local Offer annual reports section.
