Paddock Community Trust

Paddock Community Trust offers a range of local services, specialising in adult learning and employment support, throughout Kirklees working with partners in the public and voluntary sectors.

Trust services include accredited and informal adult learning, employment support programmes, specialist mentoring, advice and guidance services and particular experience in delivering projects that successfully promote digital inclusion.

Current Trust services and facilities include:

• A range of training programmes including IT, literacy and numeracy, mentoring/volunteering, customer service, ESOL, personal development and bespoke courses
• Learn English activities through the Talk English programme
• Weekly Employment Support throughout in venues in Kirklees through Step by Step.  Additional employment support is available through Works Better.
• The Trust operates a laptop recycling scheme
• Open Access to IT facilities and Internet every Friday at The Media Centre
• A range of meeting/training rooms available for hire.
