At HFT we provide a range of services such as : 

• Supported living, we support people to live however and wherever they choose. We can help with finding the right accommodation and with ongoing support.
• We provide domiciliary care to people who require support with activities they would find difficult on their own, to help them live with more independence.
• Hft offers residential care run to high standards, with a focus on supporting people to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Our Day Opportunities centres allow the people we support to take part in things they enjoy and make choices about when they do them.
• Our flexible short breaks and respite care services help allow people with learning disabilities and their families or carers to enjoy some 'me time'.
• Hft has a dedicated housing department that manages our supported living tenancies, and also acts as a management agency for third party landlords.
• We can support young people with learning disabilities who are making the transition from children’s services to adult social care services.
• Hft uses Personalised Technology (or Assistive Technology) to support people to increase their independence, safety, privacy, choice, and control.
