What We Offer:

• A welcoming Social Space from 8pm-Midnight for up to 6 people at a time. This may be useful if you are looking for distraction from your thoughts and feelings and feel up to being around other people. We offer free refreshments, a range of activities and simply be a safe space to sit and be around others to remind you that you are not alone.
•  1-to-1 Support in person at one of our safe spaces between 7.30-10.30pm. This is helpful if you have something specific on your mind that evening that you want to talk to one of our support workers about. This will be 45 minutes in length and you can also join our social space afterwards if you want to

This service is for over 18s.  Unfortunately we cannot accept referrals from people who may be struggling with the following:

• acute intoxication
• acute psychosis (only where this poses a risk to others)
• alcohol withdrawal
• injury which requires treatment
• overdose/treatment or observations required
• personal care
