Local Offer Live 2024 - Stall holder page

This page is for stall holders at Local Offer Live 2024

The Local Offer Live is a free public event for families of children and young people with SEND, aged 0-25 to find out about services and support in their area.

This event is co-produced between PCAN and Kirklees Local Offer Team.

If you would like a free stall at this event then please contact us at lolive@pcankirklees.org 

Each stallholder will be provided with a 4 foot table with a table cover on, there are limited power sockets available * , if this is required then please contact us on the email address above.  Each stall will have 2 chairs available, there is also some limited space for roller banners.

* Please Note - a valid Pat Test sticker is required for any equipment that is to be plugged in.

Stall holders will be allocated a space, please do not move your stall during the event.

If you are not available for the whole event, then please consider teaming with another stallholder or let us know what times you are able to attend.

General Information

Date & Time - Tuesday 9th July 2024, 10am to 6 pm

Venue - John Smith Stadium, Huddersfield - Google Maps link (opens link in new window)

Parking - There is a lot of free parking on site which is available all day

 

The stadium will be open for setup from 8:30 am, stalls must be available for the full day, so please can stallholders not pack away until after 6pm so that visitors who come later in the day can access all the stalls.

Stalls must be set up by 9:30 at the latest so that we can open the event at 10 am as we cannot open the event until all stalls are in place.

This is for health and safety reasons, so late arrivals may only be allowed a basic setup.

You may unload items from your vehicle at the main doors of the stadium and then relocate your vehicle to a car park.  There are electronic bollards preventing cars getting close to the stadium, but there is a buzzer and intercom system which stallholders can use to allow them to drive to the entrance to drop equipment off.

The venue is fully accessible, but please contact us if you have any particular needs.

Unfortunately, no food or drink may be brought into the stadium, but there is a range of food and drink available for purchase on the day at the stadium, as well as free water stations.

There is a cafe onsite (Legends) as well as a number of food outlets within walking distance.

There will have food available to purchase on the day from the bars on level 3 foyer the sample menu is as follows (we will update this nearer to the time of the event with the actual menu):

Hot turkey, stuffing & cranberry teacake £5.50

Cheddar & tomato baked baguette £5.50

Leek & Potato Soup, bread roll & butter £3.00

Exhibitors Grab Bags to include unlimited tea/coffee.

These grab bags can be pre-ordered, please contact lolive@pcankirklees.org  for details about how to do this.

The grab bags include a sandwich, crisps, a piece of fruit and unlimited tea/coffee and the charge is £10.00.

Please note these are only available for pre order and cannot be purchased on the day.

You can send any leaflets about your service to the address below and we will set out a stall with additional information to share.
