Parents and carers of children and young people in Kirklees are invited to share their experiences of domiciliary care services.

Kirklees Council and PCAN are working together to gather feedback from families to better understand what is working well, what high-quality support looks like, and where services could be improved.

Your feedback will help inform future development of domiciliary care services across Kirklees. Please see the accompanying information letter for details about the survey and how to take part.

Please note: This survey is intended to identify opportunities for service improvement. It will not be used to make decisions about, review, or change individual assessments, care packages, or support arrangements.
