Locala Children's Sensory Occupational Therapy Team
All about us
We work closely with teachers and other professionals to train and advise those working with the child/young person to understand and recognise their sensory needs. We give advice on making changes to the child’s environment and strategies to meet sensory needs and to help develop independence.
Who is this service for?
Children aged 0-19 with sensory needs.
How to access what we do
We work closely with the Early Years Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Service, Educational Psychology and the Complex Communication and Interaction Team. Referrals for a consultation meeting can be made via the Locala e-referral page. Please see link below:-
